Update: As sailors watched, Lulu helped crown Scores' Pole Dancing champion

UPDATE:I just talked to Scores Baltimore Gentlemen's Club general manager Sean Lewis about how last night went. Here's what he said:

"It was awesome. [Lulu] was more like a celebrity judge. Her thing was to judge the originality. We've been wanting to have [the Pole Dance Competition] for a few years, and we'll definitely do it again. A dancer named Melissa from Pennsylvania won; she danced to classical music all night. The turnout was good, a couple hundred at least. Sailors were in. One of my waittresses sang 'The Star Spangled Banner.'"

"There were definitely people that wanted to say hi [to Lulu.] She's a really nice girl, a nice person to be around. My house girls told her how much they enjoyed her on 'America's Got Talent.'"

When I asked Lewis if Lulu would be making another appearance at Scores any time soon, he chuckled and said, "Not on stage."

Winning over Howie Mandel, Nick Cannon and thousands of other American TV viewers has its perks.

Just ask Lulu, the "pleasantly plump" 27-year-old pole dancer from Hanover who auditioned on"America's Got Talent"earlier this month. She'll be a guest-judge for the first-ever Pole Dance Competition at Scores Baltimore Gentlemen's Club tonight. Lulu will be available for photos and autographs after the competition.

The contest starts at 9 p.m., and will feature dancers from "all over," according to a press release from Scores. Naturally, Lulu will judge the "Technique Category."

Will she show off the moves that almost got her to the next round of "Talent"? If you attend, let us know.
